I have a few Worx's items Leaf Blower/Vac, Trimmer/Edger and now their mower and I love this item. It cuts the gress even and after the mowing was done it looked like a professional job.

Our electric mower gave-up-the-ghost and we had to purchase a replacement for our smallish yard. Love this cordless battery mower. Does a great job cutting the lawn. Adjustable, light and quiet. Removeable battery for remote charging is a plus. Would recommend this mower to anyone with an average-size yard (has 45 mins of battery charge per mow).

The product is working as good or better than I expected. I have a corner lot approximately 10-12000 sf. I bought an extra battery that I really did not end up needing just in case.

My mower worked fine upon arrival, but then the battery wouldn't charge. I thought it was the charger, but tests with a friend's Worx mower showed it was a defective battery. It was nearly impossible to get through to customer service, as they put you on hold and then hang up on you when there are many callers in line. The first Worx customer service rep I finally reached was very unhelpful, telling me I had to return the whole item to Amazon. That didn't make sense, since the 100 pound mower wa......
I was quite satisfied with initial use of my new WORX corldless lawn mower, but then the battery charger died. I have not been able to find a replacement battery charger. I have tried WORX customer service. I cannot order one from WORX and WORX customer service was not able to tell me where I can get one. I have a brand new lawn mower, but cannot use it as I cannot get a replacement battery charger!
